BEAT Management works with a few fulfillment partners to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on so we can remain safe while still operating.
We are still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping of orders has returned to normal however shipping carriers may still be delayed. Once an item has shipped we do not have any control over the package.

For questions regarding tracking, please contact USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). For International Orders, your USPS tracking number will only track your shipment within the United States. Once the package reaches international territory, please check with your local carrier if you have not received your order within ten days of the package leaving the US. Packages are sometimes held in customs and subject to customs fees. Beat Management is not responsible for tracking items and paying customs fees once shipments are released from our warehouse.
